Other Buildings and ImprovementsThere is a small house of approximate 768 sq. ft. which is currently being used as a rental. It has two to three bedrooms, one bath, and a large room that is a kitchen, dining, and living area with a rock hearth corner for a wood stove. The front has a enclosed porch and there is an attached one car garage. This dwelling is about 150 yards from the main house.
Across the parking area at the main house is a metal building which has a shop, two enclosed parking spaces, a carport and a commercial kitchen in the end next to the house. This kitchen can be turned into a living quarters easy because it has it's own water, power, gas and septic hookup. There are also a large hay barn, old adobe building and two other old buildings.
In the orchard is one well 75 ft. deep that has a 30 gal/minute pump in it and a second older well is next to the hillside that is also 75 ft. deep which is not used. These are domestic wells that are not metered and would be grand fathered in when the state water engineer sets restrictions on most new wells.
